| Verizon has billing problems? Who knew?
I have had a phantom set top box on my account for over a year. Apparently there is no one at Verizon who knows how to delete it. Note to Verizon, on my keyboard the key that says delete is the big one towards the top right hand part of the keyboard! |

| The only way they can fix it is by having a NT rebuild your account. I had the same issue for about 2 months after I upgraded 1 HD-DVR to a Multi-Room DVR, all they did was change the software on the box, when they added the Multi-Room DVR to the account they failed to remove the HD-DVR and started billing me for 2 DVR's and the Multi-Room DVR (I only have 1 HD-DVR and the Multi-Room HD-DVR) until I finally got them to rebuild the account. |
