Modem Issues WAY too often

ok, I switched out my modem the other day and recieved a newer model. All seemed to be going good intill now. Now my internet seems to drop way too often and other times just cant get on at all.
We end up having to unplug the modem, and resetting it to make it work again.

My setup is also conected to a netgear router as well.

ok..its back again.
Im not sure what was done last time but it worked great for weeks after somebody came out. they didnt do anything in my house but said they fixed something at a nearby house and I should be all set.

well it was great for awhile not having any dropping issues..ect. But within the last few days those problems are back.
I get online..go to whatever site..once I try to go else where...I get a timed out page and need to refresh. sometimes it takes 2-3 times of refreshing to get the page to load.

I don't see any issues from this side. You were flapping before and had some RF issues, but now I can't see anything wrong?

Have you tried skipping the netgear router, or using USB directly to the modem while the other computers use the router?
