The only way they can fix it is by having a NT rebuild your account. I had the same issue for about 2 months after I upgraded 1 HD-DVR to a Multi-Room DVR, all they did was change the software on the box, when they added the Multi-Room DVR to the account they failed to remove the HD-DVR and started billing me for 2 DVR's and the Multi-Room DVR (I only have 1 HD-DVR and the Multi-Room HD-DVR) until I finally got them to rebuild the account.
