| Wow, how scientific of them I'm not disputing the problem, just the testing/results. 12 calls? To a company with thousands of reps? Thats like asking 12 people in TExas who they'd vote for, and then concluding the winner would win the next election.

Unfortunately, with AT&T's history, 12 was enough. I called in to test the theory, and got one of the two posted answers... that it was cut in half after 1 year. |
