Wow, how scientific of them

I'm not disputing the problem, just the testing/results. 12 calls? To a company with thousands of reps? Thats like asking 12 people in TExas who they'd vote for, and then concluding the winner would win the next election.

12 samples isn't enough to draw a conclusion.

Unfortunately, with AT&T's history, 12 was enough. I called in to test the theory, and got one of the two posted answers... that it was cut in half after 1 year.
