However, the 3G zone around DC and Baltimore seems to have crept closer to me, so maybe that might change in the near future.

| I too haven't had any problems with T and billing.  Only things I to have complain about is that there's no 3G coverage and i can only get express for dsl  |

| Yeah 'T' will only give me express, even though I'm on 'Pro' from a reseller. AT&T found an extra 3,000' in the loop  after they deployed Uverse, and cleaned up the line (so that I have VERY solid service on Pro).
