This isn't surprising for a company that has massive turn over in the Customer service department and pays their employees peanuts all while treating them like shiat. Not to mention they hire anybody who will walk in the door.
No kidding. I know a few people who work for them in the call center here. One is a pretty intelligent guy, the others are complete morons with no education.
