2 edits | [game] Assassin in the Palace. Rules
* There is one King, one Assassin, and the remainder of the players are Guards who are all told the identity of the King.
* The Assassin has one kill that they can use at any time during the game, typically after being lynched.
* All of the guards know who the king is.
* The king knows who no-one is.
* There are no nights as there are no night kills.
* Do Not Edit your posts...this will result in a mod kill.
* Do Not give anyone thumbs up....this will result in a mod kill.
* If you are not allowed private communication, then you are not allowed private communication. Breaking this rule will result in, you guessed it, a mod kill.
* There will be no postings of IM's....this will result in, all together now, a mod kill.
* Keep it respectful and nice. No personal bashing of any one player.
* No aiding a player in his/her strategy after you have died. Not only is this frowned upon, but will result in a permanent ban from any game that I mod.

There must be a trick to win this game fast. Maybe if we all got online at the same time, and posted the name of the king at the same time, whoever doesn't know the kings name would be the assassin, and we lynch him? |

Maybe all the guards could post 1 word from our role PM!
Like, the first guard posts the first word, second guard posts the second word, third guard posts the third word, etc, etc.
Eventually we will get to the assassin, who obviously got a different role PM than us, and wouldn't know which word to post. Then we know who he is and lynch him.
This seems fool proof. |

The game ends when the assassin dies or the king dies. Since the assassin can kill the king after he dies (as he dies if it helps you to think of it that way) then the assassin still wins. |
