The NYGiants stung them by staging a faked final practice session for the Pats to tape, right before the Super Bowl.
Sore Looser Billy Belichick, won't let that ever happen again. 
Must record every play, must capture every frame of video, every word of audio, must tape every practice, must crack QB Helmet Radio Encryption too. 
I hear rumors that the Pats are planning on putting in a bid for Google as well.
