Ha. This is a user generated site. Meaning if the "owner" of that picture has a problem he can send the owners of this site a DMCA take down request. Then the site takes it down. Then if he is truly an ass, he can go to court and subpoena records to attempt to identify the person who copied the image and sue that person for damages if he can ever succeed in identifying the user. So in conclusion that "someone" who won't be happy can't do anything.
