Re: Not surprising.. I've spoken to 3 customer service reps and one supervisor in the past 2 days and all of them told me that even if I bring my own phone, I'd be required to accept a 2 year contract. I was pretty persistent too.
I'm not saying any of them were right, but at least they were consistent. |

They have a system called CSP which is basically a large stockpile of all of their policies. Within it, if they followed it, it would state that if you bring your own phone to a corporate store a representative would be able to start you on a zero month contract. trust me I work for ATT and I have started services for many many people due to the new terms.
