Unfortunately this is not too unusual.. Most common issue is primarily between the side of each bldg where the terminal is and the specific unit.
I can fix that! Between the outside of my unit and inside of my unit is all in a conduit. I can simply pull new CAT5 between them quite easily. Now, trying to somehow relay that info to AT&T is the issue. If they can come out and simply test that they get a good signal outside the unit, I'd be happy to do the rest.

As you can see by the pictures, it would be quite easy for my to do.

But...the new VRAD was installed and new copper was run to my condo complex though it appears that the complex wiring won't support it. So it appears I'm SOL. VRAD is supposed to be live then end of this month. We will see what happens.
