Re: charter being sued.
It's simple, Verizon knows that Charter can't afford this battle or any court battle at this time. They're looking for a quick settlement from Charter without much resistance. They also wanted the suit filed before any potential Chapter 11 filing. The conference call at the end of month may very well include an announcement that Charter is refinancing it's debt. |

Nah, Charter is a flea on ATTs back. Not even worth the waste of their breath.
Charter has sunk itself - maybe Verizon has a humanitarian streak in them an simply wishes to put Charter out of it's misery. : ) |
