This whole thing was a planned effort to LIE to the voters of Los Angeles. They DELIBERATELY mislabelled this as a tax CUT when in reality it was a TAX HIKE!
If it makes you feel any better, I do believe every other state is in similar conditions with "colorfully worded" ballots.
