| The whole patent system is a travesty. Its needs overhauled like whoah.
People will lose patents in the process of the overhaul, because BS patents will be void and lawsuits that went with them will be overturned is why it is a hard thing to just do.
Lots of competition in the US is not happening in the technology/medical sector because of bogus patent claims..having a patent on a drug or machine that can save millions but is confined to one person that sells said machine for millions each is not a good patent system. |
