They told me its everywhere DSL is available. I will call again tomorrow to get my account switched to DSL only service. I live in Marlette, MI and usually we never get any of the cool packages like this one. I have an AT&T branded Netopia 2241N that I was going to give my buddy to use...would that work? I just upgraded to the 2Wire 2701HG-B with AT&T and have no use for the Netopia anymore.

Is there a 768k tier on CT?

I know AT&T has 768, 1.5, 3.0, and 6.0 (I currently have 3.0 for $25.95 per month after bundle discounts; regular is $37.95)

Is it possible to get dry-loop? I don't think they want to get a landline at all--they all have cell phones and really don't have a use for a landline.

If a landline is needed...how much would the basic line with no extras cost?
