The "Method" patents claims are BS. The fact that the patent bureau allows these types of patents is a travesty. Allowing someone to patent STEPS in a process could block all competition in any industry making anything.
Oh no, another post that I totally 100% agree with.

I think this whole mess is also stifling innovation stateside in a sector that we need to grow, not shrink.
