Re: When will DSLExtreme have faster speeds

DSLX When do you think the Covad ADSL speeds will be available? I know that their ADSL2 is available in our area but sadly they cost a lot more then residential. Know around how much it'll cost? Thanks

I don't have a specific date at this time. We are working with Covad closely to get it launched as soon as possible. I don't have specific pricing at this time.

I will let you know once we have more details.

Thanks

Will any of these be available in the Riverside, CA area?

I was asking specifically about Riverside, CA.

Thanks.

I couldn't say for sure about your specific location but they will be available in the general area.

So George, when this happens.. the problem that I have re: distance from ATT&T office, will no longer exist because we will be using Fiber Optic Cable..that has nothing to do with ATT?

Is that what you are reviewing now?

......because unless I am able to use FO cable my speed will never get faster.

Thanks George,

Steve

For ADSL2+ services through the Covad distance would still be a limiting factor.

For Fiber service through the Verizon network it would not be. The service would of course need to be available in your area.
