| taxes and more taxes Most legit businesses pay up to 18 taxes already and now they want to try to tax the net. One problem is most net carriers resell access and that has no taxes, or is tax exempt to a certain portion. Here in Texas we had to hold our own years back and fight for the rights against being double taxed which is against the law as well.
is it fair or legal ? Its just another way the municipality is messing with the economy affecting the little guys creating more tax base for themselves, point blank.
We are seeing legal groups and incubators investigating networks for fruad within and things like license issues, taxaction and economic impact.
