I have always thought that seemed like a bad business plan. That is an excellent point to a degree it stifles innovation if some can ride someone else’s back why develop a better way to get there. The reality of it is though as a business if you are trying to develop a long term plan that relies on government rules and regulations which can be changed or just ignored at the whim of a non-predictable administration is foolish and in a publically traded company borders on criminal.
