| Charter decides to stick it to me again
I've been a charter customer for about 20 months; DSL isn't available and they sold me on their TV and phone in a package.
It was up and down 3 or 4 times a week for a year, then pretty good for 3 months. All of a sudden, SNR went way down, phone, HSI, and TV went to pot. A few posts here, numerous phone calls to customer nonservice, and hey, my line died for about half an hour one afternoon and came back up with 6 dB better SNR.
Well .... one afternoon this week, it went out for 15 minutes (EVERYTHING, no phone) and came back up ... SNR back in the toilet.
