Sure the Direct Forum is fine, but had you tried to go through normal Bell channels you'd be shooting yourself in the head right now. Don't fool yourself into thinking they've changed.

Markham, ON		 The Direct forums are an exception to the rule. These guys are great, but 99% of people do not know of this website, nor should they have to do get even satisfactory customer service.
