Canonsburg, PA | IMHO the idea is to get Time Warner to acquire Yahoo for the purpose of combining it with AOL and spinning off the combined entity. That would effectively prevent Microsoft from acquiring Yahoo for at least two years and by that time the Microsoft friendly Bush administration would be out of office. |
