| Slow Speeds, Lots of Disconnect
I've had COX for a little over a year now. Since last August, I have had LOTS of problems with disconnects. On the phone, tech support denies there's a problem and says it's my computer. I've had field technicians out here 3 times and they always find a problem in their lines. They fix the problem, then 2 days later the problem returns.
One phone representative finally told me they oversold their service and their equipment can't keep up. Officially , though, they are not allowed to admit this. |
