I am also having an issue with Level3.net routing. I've spoken with our e-mail provider, and they have told me that it's being worked on. Unfortunately, it's been "being worked on" for about 5 hours and there doesn't seem to be any change yet.
It seems to be mainly affecting RR and TW cable customers I believe. It's keeping my office from being able to check their e-mail, which as the IT guy is giving me fits!  |

| I seem to be having the same problem. Cannot access my website through DNS or IP. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with a RR level 1 tech who didn't have a clue. Escalated to level 2 and tech confirmed what I suspected.
What I do not understand is why RR doesn't reroute the traffic elsewhere until level3 gets this straightened out. |
