| first. do you have authority to make changes? are there existing contracts that you can't break? is there someone at "corporate" who won't allow you to make any changes?
second. by adding voice and data into the mix and targeting a price point, without sharing minutes of use, then you are essentially mixing apples and oranges.
third. you can get whatever you want. question is how much your company is willing to spend for it. acquiring more bandwidth is not a money saving project -- too many people think you can get more for less.
