It would screw things up thats for sure. I am not sure why a cable company does not come along and offer more upload with some form of guarantees. Seems they could capture alot of SMBs. |

| given that cable infrastructure is based on residential usage patterns, they don't want a lot of SMBs. they want the revenue, but not the traffic. that is why they don't offer more upload and why they don't guarantee anything. you don't have to be a genius to read between those lines...it should be loud and clear.
