|  100% Packet Loss Please Help :(
Hello All,
Firstly i will say i'm a complete novice when it comes to Networking/Routers but i will try my best.
Basically i have 100% packet loss on nearly all the hops when using Pingplotter but only recently when i installed my new Router. I'm not sure if its the way i have set it up, my line the set up on my comp, like i said im really not great with networking. So any help at all to solve my pcket loss would be great.
What info do i need to provide for some feedback  ??
My Router is : SpeedTouch 546 v6(i)
Adsl 244/1138 up/down
