According to your bill it appears that you're getting billed for local calls on your PRI (unless I'm reading it wrong) LOCAL ZONES 1, 2, 3 = $0.0150 cents per minute. Typical for the LA area because of it's numerous area codes and high population density. By the way, what is the total charge for all local and long distance calls?

I can provide you with a PRI which allows for unlimited local calls, as well as low priced long distance. Do you really need 23 voice lines? How many employees do you have?

I would also consider a bonded integrated access T1 as an alternative. 3 megs of Internet plus voice lines on the same circuit. Can interface with your existing PBX.
