I get almost every app attempting to 'add' a toolbar on my browser. Why ? Well obviously they make money somehow. If its not from reselling the info collected by your surfing habits, its through ads or selling the info collected by you using their toolbar's associated search engine. Nobody does this just as a basic enhancement... its all about money.
