Your U/N and P/W are whatever you use to log onto your account or email on verizon.net (NOT verizon.com).

Do not be surprised if your D/L speeds from the Verizon NNTP servers are (normally) abysmally slow and nowhere near your 20 Mb/s provision (sometimes more like dial-up speeds). That's just a fact of life, unfortunately.
