Looking at the logs, I was able to see signal drops and spikes; but all is stable now. Usually the 1-888-x number has no clue about such local issues. Always call the 1-888-x number and ask for the Meadville Local office or dispatch on Westview Drive. They'll know the nitty gritty of a local issue.
