join:2000-05-11 | Yep. A lot of those "white spaces" are already used by land mobile licensees, and I doubt the licensed two-way users will appreciate someone's Part 15 Internet porn connection interfering with what could be emergency communications.
And seriously, who really believes this is about bringing high speed internet to under-served areas?
