I'm Brendan, the CEO/President of ViaTalk. I've been with the company since well before we started doing VoIP (1999), and am involved in many of the day to day decision etc. that go on. I will be on here discussing basically everything related to VT on a regular basis, and you can feel free to contact me about anything related to anything that you think should be brought to my attention or that you would like to discuss.

I'm Michael, Customer Service Manager at ViaTalk. I've been with the company for over two years and I spend my days at our Clifton Park, NY office overseeing the daily operation of our customer support and shipping departments. Whether you need help with a technical issue, have questions about porting, or have questions/suggestions pertaining to our company policy, you can consider me your first contact. If I can't help you - I am in the best position to find someone who can, quickly.

I'm Joe, the Sales/Billing Manager at ViaTalk. I have been with ViaTalk since December 2005. Just recently I took over the responsibility of overseeing the Billing department in addition to the Sales, and am involved directly with all of our day-to-day activities in each of these departments. I look forward to being involved with the DSLR community, and working with everyone to improve ViaTalk's level of service. Everyone is welcome to contact me at anytime regarding any questions, comments, or concerns that have to do with ViaTalk overall as a company.
