Comcast XFINITY → VIA NMS SW file

Question about the logs... I'm used to the SW file loading at a powercycle and getting a failed... with all the buzz of the blast confirmation in my area i decided to do a powercycle for the heck of it to see if i'd happen to load a new sw file... I got this and i will post the previous trial of downloading a sw file as well...

The NMS initialized a firmware download, which was sucessful. It's able to get very specific information about your modem and can base the firmware it sends on that info.

The configuration file based firmware download failed because it specified a file the modem found to be incompatible. The config file doesn't know any thing other the the modem was told to download it by the DHCP server.

Do you have an SB5101 ?
