Any specific step to reset the Modem? My modem is Riger DB102, and from the manual, it just say press the reset button (with a pin) once. I have tried that and nothing happen...still no connectivity. |

| Normally that should work but you might want to try it a couple of times without the power. It might need a while to "refresh" its setting. Should check your LAN connection your PC too just in case the IP is not set to Auto...
