Re: Modem cofiguration is messed up. Please help!

Any specific step to reset the Modem? My modem is Riger DB102, and from the manual, it just say press the reset button (with a pin) once. I have tried that and nothing happen...still no connectivity.

 Normally that should work but you might want to try it a couple of times without the power. It might need a while to "refresh" its setting. Should check your LAN connection your PC too just in case the IP is not set to Auto...
