I've been working on several DNS related issues for the past week or so with about 3 different people. While resolution has been painfully slow, please realize we are doing everything we can to try and rectify the issues. And yes, I have passed on the request for clean DNS servers - multiple times. 
That being said, there are several issues with the DNS server I've reported; however the one above about how it's only working on the browser redirects for optouts is a new one for me. I will have to pass that on as well. I'm truly sorry about all the difficulty you guys are having with these servers; please keep up the productive discussion(s) and we'll get these fixed as fast as we can for you. -- Mike M.
