Comcast's traffic shaping practices have been affecting a lot more then just P2P traffic. VOIP services from 2 different providers has gone down hill ever since while Comcast's VOIP service has worked flawlessly.
As an ISP, I must agree that if this is in fact happening, it should be stopped. This is just wrong!
