My apartment only has 5 apartments in the buildings so it would be very quick and easy to install and landlord said ok and called himself with me present and was told when they get here thats when it will get done.

Got a number to call ?
I'll PM you the number!

This is what I did and got Verizon to wire the building. Bottom line for anyone living in an MDU, you must get your condo/coop board & building owner to consent to allowing Verizon to come into the building to wire for FIOS. Without that you are going nowhere & will just sit and wait. So start contacting those people. I also urge you to contact Verizon Avenue and get the contact for your area so you can provide him/her with the information they need to get the ball rolling. It is a PITA, but when you can order FIOS and enjoy it, the annoying phone calls, etc. pay off. It took about 6-7 months for my 50 unit condo building to get conduit pulled to every unit, fiber pulled from street, spliced in the basement then sent off to provisioning to allow ordering. Best of luck!

I have the same issue as you but my neighbor was able to get Fios so I ordered it at his house and ran a 160 foot cable there and I have the internet only. I am waiting for them to finish the pole so I can get a triple play.

Also I called them over and over and they told me they will get to it when they get to it because they would be wiring the building for Fios no matter what the landlord says because they have to upgrade.

With VZ going with bendable fiber now. Is there a schedule for MDU's out there? Other then sometime this summer? My town has had it hooked up for 2 years now and still can't get it. Heck the runs stop on the corner in front of our development.

Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks
