| RIAA and AT&T Filters
I guess what the RIAA and AT&T don't realize is these new filters will accomplish nothing. All you will need to do is encrypt the stream and they have no way of knowing what is being transfered. Especially since AT&T seems to botch up everything they try to do.
The RIAA just needs to face facts that the days of them ripping people off (yes they rip the artist off more then you can imagine) are gone. The only reason the RIAA cares about downloading is they want their money they could care less about the artist.
I personally don't download music because you never know what you are getting and the sound quality can be really bad. I would much rather rip off a CD but since I stopped buying them because of the RIAA now I just borrow my freinds cd and rip them off and then give them back the CD. |
