Either way, if I can run what I want (who's to say Sandvine won't interfere with Vonage / Skype ?) why would I want it.
Also, expect a price increase.
Good 1. Increase in data rates 2. More capacity for cable co.
Bad: 1. Sandvine 2. Most likely price increase
