| ModemDownstream and Upstream Values..Are these good or not??
Well I just exchanged my modem and received a SURFBOARD 5100
I accessed the Config Manager and have these values. Can any of you tell me if these are good numbers or not? Thanks

| Doesnt look terrible But Looks like it could be padded down a bit. Basically a little to much signal However if your not having problems dont worry about it. If you are having problems call comcast. Ill post what can be done but its best to leave it to a Tech 
Throw a DC-6 Splitter on the line going to the modem. Connect the -6 loss leg to the modem. Then connect the other leg to a tv or terminate it so noise doesnt get on the line. And that will put you perfectly into spec for the modem. |
