Not here. I'm getting the same 1500-1600 kbps up that I got before with the 8/768 Powerboost plan. The only difference is that now I can sustain downloads of about 2.00 MB/sec from fast servers.
Last Result: Download Speed: 20434 kbps (2554.3 KB/sec transfer rate) Upload Speed: 1589 kbps (198.6 KB/sec transfer rate)
