I'm in Plymouth, IN and contacted Embarq about the same problems and they said there was no problem on their end and indicated I might have a problem with dsl filters. Hopefully this will be fixed soon. |

| Hello, it is not your dsl filters, there is a outage in indiana and they still working on it is what tech support is telling me, i live in plymouth indiana and i am down to as little as 90 k at times early mornings are fine, but get towards evening it will drop like a rock. |
