hi i wanted to know how to forward ports on a RCA DCM425 modem by cogeco cable..
i tried going to the ip »192.168.100.1/ but it is just CABLE MODEM DIAGNOSTICS.. help me please thanks |

1 edit | The modem itself doesn't have port forwarding capabilities, nor should it require it. No ports on the modem are blocked. Your router would be where you would want to setup port forwarding. Depending on the make of router, the way to get to THAT setup menu would be pointing your browser to 192.168.0.1, then logging in with your credentials. Good luck. |
