Nothing really to show, either you can establish a connection with the PHP fsockopen command or you can not.
$connection = fsockopen ("mx1.comcast.net", 25);

3 edits | Looking for shared web host that does not proxy outbound initiated connections. Or if they do, make it transparent to PHP.
For instance, need ability to use PHP fsockopen() to initiate connection to external servers.
Example: $connection = fsockopen ("mx1.comcast.net", 25);
