I am now on 4th failed drive (different make and model) that failed within 30 days of purchase. The just wrap the drives in bubblewrap and throw in a box. Maybe paying more to ship drives air will get handled better...<br><br>Newegg- great prices, fast shipping, bad drive packing.]]></description>

If I know I am going to order something I usually try to order before noon my time and I know for sure it will be sent that day. I ordered stuff on Friday at 2:30PM EST and it was shipped that day.<br><br>The UPS standard 3-day seems to be pretty quick. I think it may have something to do with the fact it goes through their hub in Louisville, Ky. So from CA by plane to Louisville and then a truck up I-71 to me takes usually only two days. TN and NJ orders usually get here in two days too.<br><br>The UPS price is also a lot cheaper for whatever reason. The last order I bought was about 11 lbs and it only cost $7.63, but Fedex shipping was $22. I don't think I've used Fedex since Newegg began to offer UPS.]]></description>

Was told I had to request the refund within 7 days.<br><br>I saved more than the Rush fee in the sale and free shipping of the 2 items so it wasn't a big loss.<br>I'm still happy with their service, do order from them, but won't do Rush any more. I don't think it matters.  I've ordered stuff as late as 2PM eastern, and it's been shipped out the same day.<br><br>Assuming I take the standard UPS shipping, if it's from PA, I get it the next day.  If it's from TN, I get it in 2 days.  California, 3 days.  <br><br>If you really need something super quick, change the shipping method.  I don't think the "rush processing" has any effect--they are quick little devils there at NE. ;)<br><small>--<br>And so castles made of sand, slip into the sea, eventually.<br><br>I'm the Dude. I did have an order that I needed pretty quickly a few months ago that I paid the fee, and used UPS second day delivery. It didn't ship that day, but, the 'egg shipped it overnight and it was received the day it should have been received. And, the RMA process is the simplest and most painless of any company out there.
