should pass easily then is off to the Senate then to the Governor.

| Re: Vrad or not (Chattangooa Tn) Don't get your hopes up about when they'll start serving your area. They're popping them up all over my neighborhood and Ohio has a video bill and Toledo still has yet to see any of the VRads turned up. AT$T has yet to apply for video services for the county. | |

for a franchise on each county, ATT will apply for a statewide
franchise. | |

You just don't go tell them you want to service the state and do it where ever you want. They still have to know where you are going to offer services. So things are not different and won't be any different. | |
