You just don't go tell them you want to service the state and do it where ever you want. They still have to know where you are going to offer services. It contains technology that was on the bleeding edge... a billion years ago. It's fiber-fed, like other RTs. Not only does it serve POTS ("regular" phone) and T-1 type lines, it also can serve ISDN (woo!).<br><br>The box on the left is indeed a VRAD from the U-Verse era.<br><br>And in the middle, we have a cross-connect box. Looks to be the same vintage as the VRAD cabinet. It's needed so that any given copper line going to a home or business can be served by either the elderly gentleman on the right, or the spry young'un on the left.]]></description>
