| I was actually surprised to find a Philly Wireless access point right outside my friend's house. This is a few blocks from Nazareth hospital, towards Holme Circle. I wish I could remember the neighborhood name.
Anyway, I was killing time waiting for him to come home around Christmas and fired up my iPhone. When I saw it trying to connect to a Philly Wireless AP I took a quick look around. Right there on the street-light outside his house, antennas sticking up in the air, was a very obvious AP.
So they must be making some progress in the NE. I haven't seen anything here in Fox Chase, but I'm hopeful... |
